Ally Sheedy Bio

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born August 15th in 1970) is an American actor from the United States. In 1983, she made her debut on screen in Bad Boys. Later she was part of the Bratpack as well as a participant in WarGames The Breakfast Club Short Circuit. In recognition of her role of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art Sheedy won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. Sheedy and David Lansbury married on April 12 in 1992. David Lansbury was the brother of Edgar Lansbury's producer of Godspell in addition to being the nephew to the actress Angela Lansbury. Beckett is their child, born in 1994.
