Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine Marie (b. 9th April 1987) is an American R&B/Soul artist from America. Her birthplace was in Philadelphia Her debut album, Fearless was released in the year 2008. It debuted on the Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. There were four songs that the album produced, among them "Need U Good" (which was in the top 40 in Billboard's Hot 100) along with "Bust Your Windows," that became her first and only #1 single on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs charts. Sullivan was able to follow this up with her second album of studio work, Love Me Back, in 2010. It was received favorably by people who reviewed it. After a break of three decades, Sullivan signed with RCA Records. In 2015 she debuted Reality Show, her first studio album. This album became her first album to be ranked at number one on the Top R&B Albums Charts. Her critically acclaimed album Heaux Tales, which features the top-selling single "Pickup Your Feelings", was released in 2021. Sullivan has won 2 Grammy Awards, a Billboard Women in Music Award, two Soul Train Music Awards, three NAACP Image Awards, and two BET Awards in the span of her career. Time named her among their Top 100 Influential People in 2022.
